They don't take up mu...How about zip lock bags? They don't take up much room and you can see what's in them. Alternatively, any sort of storage you use for pantyhose you can use for stockings. I just keep mine in their original packaging, pantyhose or stockings. That way you can remember what it is that you like and can buy it again the next time. Back in the day, stockings came in nice little boxes with tissue paper and the works. Vintage ladies also had stocking holders made of silk...like this one here: http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=41914124 they also used these to store handkerchiefs. I imagine another good storage option would be any nice box such as a hat box so they are safe from other things in the lingerie drawer, like bra and girdle hooks.
