I've finally been healthy long enough to film a couple of Youtube videos! Yay! For those of you who were curious about my 1920's/30's wave clips, I made a video demonstrating two different types of clips. I also posted a super simple Edwardian recipe to keep your hands soft. Enjoy!
I'm glad you're feeling better, Kate!
ReplyDeleteI love how those double wave clips make your hair look. I'm going to have to buy some!
I use rose water in my hair as an extra conditioner :-)
Thanks! I love the wave clips. I felt like I discovered the "secret" to 1920's hair the first time I used them :)
DeleteRose water sounds lovely to use in your hair. I will have to try that!
Where did you buy your double wave clips? I've looked on Amazon, Ebay, Etsy etc. and can't find them. Are your clips vintage or new?
DeleteThey're vintage. I know there was a seller on Etsy that had some, but it looks like they have sold out.
DeleteRumbleSeatCat on Etsy often carries vintage wave clips. They have some Mervins at the moment, but no double wave clips.
I bought some metal wire and am going to try to create a DIY version. I'm not sure if my idea will work, but I will let you know if I am successful!
So great! I adore your videos and always beam when I see a new one from you.
ReplyDeleteBig hugs & joyful holiday season wishes,
♥ Jessica
